The Key Foundation is a standalone 501(c)(3) non-profit established to direct financial support to housing and community initiatives across the states and regions we serve. Our goal is simple: invest in programs that strengthen neighborhoods and help more people thrive.

Progress
Since our founding, Key Foundation has awarded over $112,000 in grants to 32 organizations across our communities. Every dollar donated goes directly toward strengthening the fabric of the communities we serve. We are committed to transparency, accountability, and making the greatest possible impact with every contribution we receive.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN: 61-2272773), all donations to Key Foundation are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
Fund Recipients Include:
City Mission of Findlay, Compassion Outreach Ministries of Ohio, Great Lakes District Christian and Missionary Alliance, Habitat for Humanity of Monroe, Maumee Valley Country Day School, Michigan Special Olympics, Monarch Grief Center, Move to Prosper by OSU Foundation, National Fair Housing Alliance, Second Chance Center of Hope, The Ability Center of Greater Toledo, Toledo School for the Arts, Toledo Streets Newspaper, and Well House.
Key Co-Owners Dennis Degnan and Amy Saylor are personally engaged in community service, including long-term support of recovery programs and hands-on service with local organizations. Key Realty also sponsors regional events that advance housing access and fair housing initiatives.
