Licensed in 2008, Malia has been a top producing agent in her local market for many years, has served on her local board of Realtors for over 14 years and with that she brings over 20 years of management experience to Key Realty. In her previous positions Malia recruited and trained top talent to help them identify their strengths and coached to help them achieve their goals. Her passion is people and looks forward to walking alongside agents to assist them as they grow in their skills and abilities.
Malia is a lifelong resident of Logan/Champaign Counties and loves living in rural Ohio on almost 20 acres with her husband Tom who also is an Ohio Realtor. Together they manage their own short term long and term rental portfolio. When Malia is not selling real estate or mentoring other agents, you will find her spending time with her family or serving her community in various facets.

A proud graduate of The Ohio State University, Brian has been happily married to his wife Kate for 20 years, and together they have two children, Stella and Jakob. The Sumption family shares a passion for sports, which reflects Brian's competitive drive and team-oriented approach that he brings to his professional endeavors. When not helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams or developing business strategies, Brian enjoys spending time with his family and staying connected to the Ohio State Buckeyes community.
Michelle Gallagher
Michelle has been in the industry for over 25 years which includes residential title, commercial real estate and land surveying. Her extensive background in title and marketing allows her to work closely with real estate agents from pre-listing to closing. She is your point-person for preliminary searches to uncover potential title issues, answer questions, and can assist with marketing your listings. Michelle manages the continuing education offerings for our state approved, licensed required courses and can host classes for your agents. She is a notary public in the state of Ohio.
